myMeowGang is a web-based platform that enables content creators to:
- Connect their social media accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) via OAuth authentication
- Upload video content with metadata (title, description, hashtags)
- Publish videos directly to their connected social media accounts
- View basic analytics and statistics for published content
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must have valid accounts on the social media platforms you wish to connect.
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- All content you upload and publish through the Service
- Ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions for all content
- Complying with the terms of service of connected social media platforms
- Maintaining the security of your connected accounts
5. Content Guidelines
You may not use the Service to upload or publish content that:
- Violates any law or regulation
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening
- Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
- Contains explicit sexual content or nudity
- Violates the community guidelines of connected platforms
6. OAuth Authentication
When you connect a social media account, you grant myMeowGang permission to:
- Access your basic account information
- Upload and publish content on your behalf
- Retrieve analytics and statistics for your published content
You may revoke access at any time through your account settings on the respective platform.
7. Data Storage
We store OAuth tokens required to operate the Service. These tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption and stored in a secure database. We do not store your video files longer than necessary for processing.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content to connected platforms solely for the purpose of publishing.
9. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any data loss or content removal by third-party platforms.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, myMeowGang SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CONTENT.
11. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
